You will become the trouble shooter and go-to person for stock control administration and queries and assist in the running of the Stock Control Administration Department. This role includes, but is not limited to, stock ordering, stock taking, stock reconciliation and claim management. You must possess a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a team. The role may occasionally require you to travel between sites based throughout the West and East Midlands and so flexibility is also a key element.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Staff Supervision.
· Query progression and resolution.
· Discrepancy claim processing and progression.
· Surcharge Claim processing and progression.
· Account reconciliation.
· Stock receipting.
· Manufacturer and supplier liaison.
· Supplier invoice / credit reconciliation and verification.
· Customer invoicing and crediting.
· Stock ordering.
· Stock taking.
· Any reasonable duties as requested by management.
Working Hours
37.5 Basic Weekly Hours, Monday to Friday
Flexible approach to working hours – occasional Saturday morning
Person Specification
· Keyloop/CDK/Autoline/Kerridge Dealer Management System advantageous but not essential.
· Possess a comprehensive understanding of Stock Control.
· Stock take experience and understanding.
· Articulate, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Computer literate (Word, Excel and Outlook).
· Excellent administration skills.
· Outstanding organisation skills.
· Enthusiastic.
· Flexible.
