The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organisation. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with organisational goals, including workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Oversee the screening and interviewing process, ensuring candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate quality) and provide regular reports to management, analysing trends and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Branding: Promote the company’s brand through social media, recruitment campaigns, and participation in job fairs and networking events.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with other teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
