We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a full-time, permanent role in West Bromwich.

Job Summary

You will be joining our accounts department based at our Head Office being responsible for carrying out the duties listed below. It is essential you possess a flexible and positive can-do attitude, along with a willingness to learn and be part of a team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processing supplier’s invoices
  • Reconciling supplier’s statements
  • Preparing and processing payment runs by bacs and cheque
  • Liaising with supplier’s and internal managers
  • Dealing with queries
  • General maintenance of the purchase ledger

Person Specification

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills including excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have a responsible and mature attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision to deadlines
