We are looking for a Job Card Costing Clerk for a full-time, permanent role in Cambridge.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary
£30,000 per annum
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coding job cards in line with works carried out and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS system and outside customer authorisation platforms.
- Using work in progress reports to determine, find and support in the correct invoicing of jobs.
- Liaise with full team of service departments.
- Dealing with customers both face to face and via telephone.
- Coding and quality checking of warranty job cards to then pass for invoicing.
Person Specification
- Ideal candidate will have a mechanical and technical understanding and experience of all the workings of a commercial vehicle.
- Apply attention to detail.
- Computer literate – word and excel.
- Good communication skills
