Job Card Costing Clerk Cambridge

We are looking for a Job Card Costing Clerk for a full-time, permanent role in Cambridge.

Working Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary

£30,000 per annum

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coding job cards in line with works carried out and manufacturer guidelines using Kerridge DMS system and outside customer authorisation platforms.
  • Using work in progress reports to determine, find and support in the correct invoicing of jobs.
  • Liaise with full team of service departments.
  • Dealing with customers both face to face and via telephone.
  • Coding and quality checking of warranty job cards to then pass for invoicing.

Person Specification

  • Ideal candidate will have a mechanical and technical understanding and experience of all the workings of a commercial vehicle.
  • Apply attention to detail.
  • Computer literate – word and excel.
  • Good communication skills
